Allen concluded his long tenure as the Managing Director of Sales within the Business Development Group at UPS, where he skillfully managed the second-largest Sales District in the UPS Domestic network.
His journey began in Macon, Georgia, as a part-time unloader, demonstrating his dedication and commitment by rising through the ranks to become a package driver and subsequently a customer service representative.
Allen has held numerous pivotal roles at UPS, including Director of E-Commerce Sales, National Account Sales Director, and Global Solutions Director. His extensive experience in these positions underscores his expertise and leadership in the field.
Beyond his professional achievements, Allen is dedicated to giving back to the community. He served on the Junior Achievement Washington DC Board from 2011 to 2014.
Allen is a member of the Omega Psi Phi fraternity, having dedicated over four decades of service. He is currently affiliated with the TTL Omega Chapter, where he actively serves the counties of Coweta and Fayetteville.
Allen is an alum of Mercer University. He enjoys reading, traveling and golfing.
