Raymond Hill is an accomplished finance executive with a distinguished 33-year career at UPS, where he rose through the ranks to serve as Director of Finance, overseeing large-scale financial operations across multiple states.

Throughout his tenure, he delivered impactful financial solutions that resulted in the growth of revenue, cost reduction, and improved operational efficiency. His leadership helped his districts achieve the prestigious #1 ranking in finance for seven consecutive years, and he was recognized for achieving the highest Employee Relations Index, among numerous other accolades.

Hill is deeply committed to developing talent and providing opportunities for underrepresented groups, believing that diversity and inclusion are essential to driving organizational success and fostering innovation. Throughout his career, he prioritized creating an environment that supports growth, mentorship, and equal opportunity.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Hill is also a passionate community advocate and a successful entrepreneur. As the CEO and owner of Hill Construction since 2018, he has applied his financial expertise to the residential renovation sector.

Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University.
