He began his UPS career in 1984 as a service provider in Tampa, Florida. In 1987 he was promoted into full time management and held assignments in operations, engineering and sales.

Myron spent 20 plus years in a variety of assignments in sales and marketing management. Ultimately retiring after 33 plus years of service in 2017 as President of Sales Strategy and Sales Operations.

As President of Sales Strategy and Sales Operations and throughout his career he was transformational, results-driven, worked cross functionally and always focused on developing his teams. His responsibilities included overseeing: Data Analytics, Sales Budget, Sales Compensation, Sales Performance and Planning, CRM Technology – 10K+ users, Sales Strategy, Sales Training, Business Development, Process Improvement, Team-Building, Mentorship, Vendor Relations, Negotiations and Executive Presentations.

A few highlights of his responsibilities were overseeing the Worldwide Sales Conference, managing the budget for Global Sales, serving as keynote speaker and preparing and presenting data for key decisions being made by UPS.

Myron’s board experience spans over many years. In addition to the MARCH Foundation, has served and serves on the following boards:
