Stefan Wilson joins MARCH Foundation Board

Stefan Wilson has been named to the board of the MARCH Foundation. Wilson oversees global Workforce Planning, Health & Safety, and Human Resources Shared Services, as well as Human Resources business support for Global Business Services and the UPS global headquarters. He also coordinates and aligns Human Resources processes and strategies across the function.

Stefan began his UPS career in 1986 as a package car driver in the Northeast Texas District. He was promoted to hub manager in 1993 and held positions in Human Resources, Health & Safety, Workforce Planning, Industrial Engineering, and Hub and Package operations.

After Human Resources manager assignments in the Rocky Mountain District, South Carolina District, and as Region Human Resources manager for UPS Airlines, Stefan was promoted to South New England District Manager in 2005. In 2008, Stefan became the South Florida District Manager and later the Gulf South District Manager in 2010. In 2013, Stefan was named the Great Lakes District Manager. He assumed his current position in January 2016.

Stefan holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Southern University, in Louisiana. In 2011, he successfully completed the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Leadership College at the Yale School of Management.
